"Cool Change", ex "Mannini Pahi" ramp. 
It can be seen that the tiller bar is well aft on the short-ish tillers and therefore doesn't interfere with hauling the dinghy aboard. This was a 3.10m rib with a 15hp Mercury on, yet was easy to haul up. When the ramp was up level we'd spin the dinghy athwartships.

You can also see the back end of the cockpit and the raised decks in the aft compartments creating a nice private cabin on the one side & a reasonable heads compartment on the other.
