received from John via the GSC-100 at 18.15 today, Monday 23rd April 2001.
"We're well under 100nm to Las Palmas. Got some very light air
so have been running the big pink mouse all day. Will send an invoice to
Chris for advertising. More tomorrow after arrival. JR-"
John's had
the spinnaker up for the first time .I wonder now if Bernie (previous
owner) had mentioned the "sponsored spinnaker"... Here's a
couple of photos from the days when I skippered this Oro. |
