As you can see I ordered my sails with only one moderately deep reef: The split rig allows for several increments of sail reduction, and I just can't be bothered trying to keep the most ideal amount of sail up for any given wind strength. Several people I talked with who sailed the Pahi 63 reported immediately taking in 2 reefs routinely.
